I'm stupid

My name is Ben, I studied Industrial Design in Wellington and have worked as a digital manufacturer specialising in CNC machining for the last 6 years. This paired with a desire to create beautiful, functional products has led me to develop stupid engineering.

Stupid Engineering started as a personal project during some downtime at my work. Setting myself the challenge of creating aesthetically pleasing, easily manufacturable objects that achieve a goal or function in the simplest/silliest/stupidest way possible led me to create the first cardholder using the spring from a peg off my washing line.
